The fruit of the Acai (pronounced aa-sigh-ee) Palm (Euterpe Oleracea) is considered to be nature's perfect food, and there is no doubt that Acai Berries contain a wealth of goodness, including Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants, EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids), Flavonoids, Protein, Fibre, and possibly some compounds that help with weight loss.
